Additional information can be accessed at www.bosch.in Job Description •Conduct predecessor analysis and strive for product quality improvement from design perspective •Input quality requirements into customer requirements sheet, system requirements sheet and assure adequate implementation and verification •Project test plan creation with the engineering •A-sample testing assessment of pass / fail decision, test reports available, test breakdown derived Ensure adequate use of quality methods and processes Independent evaluation of product-/process maturity and QG moderation Conduct of reviews of activities and work products against specifications, processes and standards. •Contribute on B,C,D sample testing assessment: test sample analyzed, pass / fail decision, test reports available, test breakdown •Lead production process documentation release (PFMEA,CP,WI) •Coordinate PSS/8D activities for quality issues •Analyze quality KPIs and initiate quality improvement activities and preparation of quality report •Quality Assurance in PIF (Project Innovation Framework) and Engineering Changes with product team •Quality Support with product team, mainly product design related topics •Conduct process audit and release of production line, Create details for product audit •Complaint Management and Problem Solving, Market surveillance Qualifications B.E Mechanical Engineering with min 4 yrs experience in project quality, plant quality functions Additional Information Experience in process and system audit.
