WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

In this role, you’ll lead on-site technical assurance, oversee critical works like utility diversions and traffic management, and collaborate closely with subcontractors, designers, and project leaders to drive delivery and compliance across all stages—from design to handover.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the process of ensuring material compliance from subcontractors
  • Track, manage and communicate design changes across project teams
  • Prepare comprehensive work packages—drawings, specs, RFIs and reports
  • Conduct inspections and manage ITPs to ensure handover readiness
  • Oversee subcontractor work quality and ensure alignment to project requirements
  • Lead and participate in joint inspections with clients and stakeholders
