Senior Engineer - Bridge Asset Management Join our Whanganui team as a Senior Bridge Engineer in the Asset Management team and play a pivotal role in protecting and enhancing the bridges and civil structures that connect our communities.   You will be responsible for providing consultancy services to clients in the areas of civil engineering with a focus on bridge and civil structures asset management. This will include inspections, investigations, analysis, reporting and supervision for a range of projects and asset management tasks. Working from our Whanganui Regional office means you can enjoy a rewarding place to live with affordable housing, good weather and amenities. It’s just over a 2-hour drive to Wellington and an excellent gateway to the Central Plateau where you can enjoy all the offerings the region has on offer. About you: • Relevant tertiary qualification in the field of Civil Engineering. • Current, clean full NZ driver licence. • Chartered or moving towards being Chartered. • Preferably a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the field of bridge and civil structures engineering, particularly structural asset management. • Must be able to demonstrate an interest in structural/civil engineering through affiliation and membership of professional bodies and technical groups.
