- Job Description In your new role you will: Perform the role of customer complaint management and ensure 8D methodology is applied while handling the report generations for our customers. Develop corresponding problem verifications and define the necessary analysis steps – you support the colleagues of our global production sites regarding problem-solving. Perform in-depth electrical failure analysis, data collection and data analysis to support the customer complaint Failure Analysis Request (FAR). Perform in-depth electrical failure analysis of rejects to support improvement activities for front end, back end, Silicon foundry, OSAT and product line. Work closely with Customer Interface, Design, Product, Package, Process Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations with regards to investigations of customer quality related issues, and the development and implementation of test-related corrective actions pertaining to those issues. Present innovative ideas, concepts, data and plan with high confidence in team meetings and executive review meetings. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Degree in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience and associated technical understanding. 1-3 years of professional experience in the area of Quality or Complaint Management. Good in critical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills e.g., DOE, 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, 5-Why, Fish Bone, IS-IS NOT etc. Excellent communication and mediation skills as well as intercultural competence to successfully manage your stakeholders around the globe. Good understanding in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, Perl etc will be an added advantage Mastery of Microsoft Office applications Good written and verbal presentation skills in English. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
