Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Sr. Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing complex construction projects from inception to completion. Lead and supervise the planning, design, and execution of large-scale construction projects Develop and review engineering designs, calculations, and specifications Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and stakeholders Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the construction process Implement and promote sustainable construction practices Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional development Prepare and present technical reports and project updates to senior management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred Professional Engineering (PE) license and OSHA certification Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction engineering, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects Advanced knowledge of construction techniques, methodologies, and structural engineering principles Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and Revit Strong project management skills, including budget and timeline management Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking Effective communication skills, both written and verbal In-depth understanding of building codes and safety regulations, particularly those applicable in Saudi Arabia Experience with sustainable construction practices Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment Willingness to travel to various project sites within the region Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
