JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Engineer to join our Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS) team. The successful candidate will deliver innovative solutions for network/security, hosting, and end-user computing, with a strong emphasis on Palo Alto SDWAN, Firewalls, Prisma Access, InfoBlox IPAM solution, Cisco LAN/WLAN, and monitoring tools. The role also includes constantly ever changing and developing Azure and onsite server solutions, as well as delivering solutions for end-user compute environments with Microsoft 365, Intune, voice and PC’s.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Required:

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience working in a similar global role
• Extensive experience managing all aspects of enterprise-wide technical, infrastructure, security, and business process projects and programs.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
• Superior skills in creating and delivering presentations using PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and project management tools.

• Deliver on major CAPEX projects to provide ongoing technical advancements with Palo Alto SDWAN, Firewalls, and Prisma Access solutions: Ensure robust network security by seamless integrating change with advanced configurations and continuous monitoring to protect against threats.
• Develop InfoBlox as the IPAM solution staying current with SAAS solutions: Efficiently manage IP address allocation, tracking, and troubleshooting, enhancing the network’s reliability and performance.
• Life Cycle Management through annual ongoing capital projects with Cisco LAN/WLAN network infrastructure and monitoring tools: Ensure high availability and performance by deploying and maintaining hardware and software solutions, conducting regular assessments, and providing industry leading monitoring solutions.
• Strategically continue developing hosting solutions through Azure and towards edge compute for onsite servers: Meet business requirements by delivering scalable and secure cloud and on-premises environments, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Partner with ETS architects to deliver solutions to continue building and developing current foundational architecture.
• Manage end-user computing solutions with Microsoft 365 and Intune: Facilitate efficient device management, application deployment, and user support to enhance productivity and security across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with various departments to deliver technical solutions aligned with business strategies, ensuring the successful execution and completion of projects.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance: Lead enterprise-wide projects and programs, offering strategic direction and support to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and best practices: Implement and monitor security measures to protect sensitive information and maintain regulatory compliance.
