Design and characterization of devices to meet performance and reliability requirements. Design of new test structures and implementation of test methodologies Working with Modeling engineers to produce good device models Working with TCAD engineers to predict device split results Detailed analysis of E-Test data and characterization results Interact with internal & external customers and respond to customers’ technical queries. Requirements Degree/Masters/PhD in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Physics, Materials Engineering or equivalent Wafer Fab FEOL process integration experience Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and/or RF fundamentals (e.g. S-parameters) is a must Recent graduates with relevant internship experience may also apply Independent, resourceful, with a positive attitude toward continuous learning & knowledge acquisition Excellent analytical and optimization skills Great interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams GlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
