"It is a job to provide technical application support to key customers of East Asia zone. The role is a professional individual contributor with technical capabilities to achieve product application and customer service goals. Consider system integrated application demands to arrange product testing, failure analysis, and function development executions." "Participate new product/function developments, execute validations to support global programs and local customer demands Arrange new product technical demonstration and communication in seminar or exhibition. Sustain three phase UPS products for engineering change, implementation and quality tracking Analyze three phase UPS product field failure case, physically tests and reappear issues for followed improvements. Communicate and negotiate solutions with Taiwan/East Asia customers, and follow through to complete the implementations." English communication capability Proactive attitude to drive results and high EQ to deal with temporarily extreme pressure Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical or Electronics engineering "UPS or power electronics related product experience 5 years at least Power electronics design, UPS product, inverter, charger, power source design related. Available to Asia pacific overseas travel by mission assignment"
