Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Develop ESD and Latch-up protection concepts — designing ESD devices & circuits, rules and guidelines Coordinate and execute product reviews and thus drive optimization in close collaboration with product teams Contribute to the characterization, testing and investigation of products and test structures in our labs Contribute to development projects using your understanding of semiconductor technology, ESD & Latch-Up and to solve product related challenges Interact with several stakeholders such as product development, technology development, field application and concept teams Actively promote innovation in the field of ESD and Latch-Up Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A degree in physics, electronic/ electrical engineering or a similar field, PhD is a Plus At least 1 to 3 years of professional experience in semiconductor industry Experience in analog design, device physics desired and knowledge in ESD or Latch-up is a plus Good analytical skills and the ability to solve technical challenges while keeping the big picture in mind Good coordination and collaboration skills with diverse teams and different cultures, project management knowledge is a plus Excellent team skills and continuously display your proactivity and self-reliance Fluent command of English Contact: Alexander Greie, LinkedIn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
