JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to play a key role in delivering Northern Ireland’s first Passivhaus Capital project in Enniskillen. This role offers the chance to contribute to a groundbreaking project while furthering your career with one of the industry’s leading companies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance, ensuring all works are delivered to Passivhaus standards and comply with design specifications, building regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Project Management: Assist in the planning and delivery of the construction programme, monitoring progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain meticulous records in line with Passivhaus standards, ensuring all data is accurately documented and reported.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, providing efficient and effective solutions to ensure smooth progress.
• Coordination: Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure alignment with project objectives and delivery schedules.
• Health & Safety: Ensure high standards of health & safety are upheld across all engineering activities on-site.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a technical point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
