To enable these AMP Technology strategies for 2025, Customer Platforms have these priorities: Enable Business, partner to deliver AMP’s required D2C transformation, partner with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver services that realise business goals, enable simplification, drive Tech simplification to reduce cost and enable AMPs transformation to a smaller, simpler organisation, optimise internal processes and ways of working and foster a sustainable and agile work culture.

JOB SPECIFIC CAPABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Understanding of AEM architecture; experience with AEM 6.5+ and or AEM Cloud SaaS.
  • Proficiency in Java/JSP and Sightly/HTL
  • Experience integration AEM with 3rd party systems (analytics, CRM, marketing automation)
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Experience with performance testing and optimisation tools.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Develop and maintain front-end components using HTML, CSS (SASS), and JavaScript.
  • Implement responsive designs ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, SEO & CRO teams to translate wireframes and mock-ups into functional code.
  • Integrate front-end components with AEM templates and workflows.
  • Optimise website performance for speed and scalability.
  • Ensure adherence to web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
