JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Game Design, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in game development, with a focus on math model design (casino, free-to-play, or mobile games).
• Strong foundation in probability, statistics, permutations, and combinatorics.
• Proven creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel for modeling and balancing.
• Knowledge of programming languages (C/C++ preferred).
• Familiarity with Unity (or similar engines) for prototyping is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a creative, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
• Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.
