Knowledge of power devices and their operation Design Manuals Fabrication technology PDK familiarization Knowledge of Infineon design data and use of statistical analysis tool JMP, Ceda and Cornerstone Exposure to different wide bandgap / GaN platforms and products Use of ATE, DMM, Oscilloscope, SPA, Probe stations.
