We foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and integrity, providing opportunities to develop technical expertise while contributing to impactful, high-volume manufacturing.About the role - you will: Drive process and/or equipment engineering activities within ID/OD, grinding, and/or plating operations to ensure stable and capable manufacturing performance. Analyze and resolve process and equipment issues using data-driven methodologies to improve yield, quality, and productivity. Support equipment reliability and uptime through optimization of maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and support new product or process introduction. Contribute to a culture of innovation, inclusion, and integrity while strengthening technical capability within the team. About you: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions. Analytical and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Self-driven and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Solid technical foundation in process and/or equipment engineering. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Your experience includes: Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments, preferably in precision machining (ID/OD), grinding, plating, or similar processes like HDD substrate manufacturing. Hands-on experience in process troubleshooting, optimization, or equipment engineering. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and implement improvements in yield, quality, or efficiency. Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC). Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver operational results.
