We're one global team driven by our common purpose to deliver a better world. Join us. Job Description We are seeking a Senior Engineer- HVAC(Building Engineering) to join our B+P team in India. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer to contribute to impactful B+P projects across global offices and continue developing their technical expertise in a supportive, high-performing team. Here is what you will do: Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings Prepares technical specification sections Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements Leads HVAC system design for complex commercial, residential, and data center projects Conducts energy modeling and analysis to optimize HVAC system performance Collaborates with architects and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions Develops and implements sustainable design strategies to meet energy efficiency goals Oversees the selection and sizing of HVAC equipment and components Ensures compliance with local building codes, ASHRAE standards, and other relevant regulations Mentors junior engineers and provides technical guidance to the HVAC design team Participates in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and solutions Conducts site visits to assess existing conditions and verify installation of HVAC systems Qualifications The successful candidate will have the following Qualifications: Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university. Experience in retail and hospitality medium to large projects. Should be well versed with ASHRAE/CIBSE/NFPA standards and regulations. Should have experience in commercial, residential, datacenter, and infrastructure projects from different geographies - USA, Canada, ANZ Region. Experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer - Specialized in HVAC Design. Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred. Proficiency in HVAC design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar BIM tools. Strong knowledge of energy modeling software (e.g., eQUEST, EnergyPlus, or IES-VE).
