Description

The candidate will be a member of a multi-site K&S team that develops and sustains semiconductor assembly equipment. The successful incumbent electrical engineer should work as an interface between Singapore and China teams & subcontractors to document machine cable harness design and routing to ensure ease of production and field replacements. Collaborate with Mechanical, Process, Manufacturing, and Field teams to gather feedback and corrective actions implemented to improve machine reliability and serviceability. Preferable to have hands‑on troubleshooting and failure analysis on production equipment’s / servo & stepper motor and parameter tuning,

Responsibilities

The engineer will document machine cable harness design and routing, acting as an interface between Singapore and China teams and subcontractors to ensure ease of production and field replacements.
