THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IAM Engineer Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and administering Identity platforms for large companies within regulated industries. This role requires extensive knowledge of Microsoft Entra, as it is our primary Identity platform,

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Administer and optimise our Microsoft Entra environment.Integrate various applications and services with our identity platforms.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity-related issues.
• Partner with the Engineering, People and Workplace Technology teams to integrate IAM solutions into key employee systems, ensuring policy-driven access throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Enforce least privilege and implement just-in-time access for privileged roles.
• Provide support and enhancement for access control policies, RBAC models, and entitlement management across all enterprise applications.
