Description

The candidate will be a member of a multi-site K&S team that develops and sustains semiconductor assembly equipment. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the design, development, documentation and testing of mechanical subsystems that is part of a high-performance semiconductor assembly machine under development. He / She will take a leading role in communicating with our development partner and coordinating the joint development activities in the mechanical and mechatronic area.

Responsibilities

The candidate will design, develop, document, and test mechanical subsystems for semiconductor assembly equipment. They will also lead communication with development partners and coordinate joint development activities.
