In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Research and identify suitable suppliers to meet the part specification needs. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery reliability. Compare quotes from multiple suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and negotiate at each stage like Item activation and project base order before fixing the sourcing rule. Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing requirements. Forecast demand for goods to fix effective procurement plans. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications. Ensure trade compliance with company quality policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. FF2 product knowledge and FF2 ordering process for Interco sites Good communication skills and knowledge for overseas supplier follow up Oracle Knowledge for Material /Planning module Co-ordering with GSC and Global QA team for new supplier developments Who You Are: You establish clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results, build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations and credit others for their contributions and accomplishments. For This Role, You Will Need: Ability to estimate cost of product. Familiar with ISO9001 standard requirement / quality requirements. Knowledge in Oracle software is a definite advantage. Resolving the quality and commercial problem arise over the various scenario. Handling all ISO / Opex / Customer audits. Addressing all clarifications raised by vendor on new project CSP and drawings. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Engineering / Diploma or Equivalent Degree 5+ years Material Planning & Purchasing experience. Strong negotiation skills and Supplier capacity and capability analysis. Analytical skills on purchase spent. Controlling the Purchasing & Inventory Management Skills. Implementing a improved efficient sourcing strategy to avoid the lead time and other indirect cost. Well versed in MPS (Master Production Scheduling), MRP (Material Requirement Planning. Flexible toward company and customer needs. Result-oriented candidate. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a good team player. Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
