About our group:   The Industrial Engineering (IE) group plays a vital role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and ensuring that we meet our operational goals. This team is responsible for analyzing workflows, improving efficiencies, and implementing best practices across production lines. Key deliverables include process optimization, cost reduction, and quality improvement to enhance productivity and deliver exceptional products to our customers. Our mission is to drive operational excellence.  About the role - you will:   Be responsible to manage these tasks below:   Capacity & Manpower planning - maintain factory capacity & manpower models with accurate parameters, includes conduct time studies and analyze production processes and workflows to identify inefficient areas for improvement. Layout planning ensuring layout is accurate, updated and space readiness to support factory expansion or new processes. Communicate with factory departments regularly to keep planning inputs updated and aligned with operational priorities. Support IE manager on capital & long‑term factory planning submissions. Execute tasks aligned to IE/Company priority metrics. Support and collaborate with other IE team members to drive IE functional goals and factory improvement initiatives. Drive digitalization and automation initiatives in IE (capacity planning automation, data processing, reporting visualization, and optimization). About you:   Critical Thinking: Ability to evaluate complex problems and develop effective solutions. Initiative: Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and drives change. Adaptability: Willingness to embrace change and adjust strategies as needed. Collaboration: Able to work effectively in team environments and builds positive relationships across departments. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks. Your experience includes:   At least 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial engineering or process improvement roles. Proficient in AutoCAD software and statistical analysis tools. Knowledge of KNIME, Power BI and Tableau is a plus. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Location:   Located in Johor Bahru’s technology park, our office is one of the largest electronics component manufacturers in Johor.
