Operate and maintain archiving platforms for stable, optimal performance, including integration with OS, databases, and other systems. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Operate and maintain archiving platforms for stable, optimal performance, including integration with OS, databases, and other systems Assist with problem investigation, root cause analysis, and implement fixes or workarounds for system issues Perform health checks, analyze performance or capacity data, and apply tuning for improved efficiency Develop scripts and jobs for regulation, alerting, and continuous system monitoring Apply patches, updates, and upgrades, ensuring proper backup and rollback plans to manage risk Coordinate changes with all relevant parties and maintain accurate system configuration and documentation Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related equivalent fields Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows), networking, databases (Oracle, SQL Server), and system integration Able to manage platforms, performance tuning, apply patches or upgrades, and troubleshoot issues effectively Capable to investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes or workarounds Excellent critical thinking to diagnose complex issues across multiple systems and environments Proficiency in creating scripts (PowerShell, Python) for monitoring, alerting, and automating system tasks Ability to enhance efficiency through automated health checks, reporting, and proactive system maintenance Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, user access control, patch management, and backups Highly motivated and quick to grasp new concepts #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
