Description
This position is responsible for the planning and tactical aspects of delivering Regional Field IT Support services for Business Units within a Region, as it relates to supporting laboratory and other core business operations.  These services include Tier-2/3 Field IT support, voice communications, data networking, desktop, LIS/BIS equipment, imaging systems, facility systems, security administration, and asset management. Determines project specifications and input/output process analysis across multiple functional systems.  Provide technical and project management leadership for large interdepartmental projects within the Laboratory IT Services Delivery organization. Provide timely and accurate update to all project related documents, and maintains local project plans. * Please note this is a hybrid opportunity (3 days in office/2 days work from home) based out of Schaumburg, IL. Pay Range: $120,000 - $130,000 / year Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
