The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Engineer - Innovation to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge engineering solutions that drive our mission of innovation and sustainability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, design innovative solutions, and oversee their successful execution.
You will lead the innovation strategy and roadmap for CPP, focusing on emerging technologies and sustainable solutions. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, you will lead the implementation of Lessons Learned and maintain design standardisation between engineering design offices.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
About You
Responsibilities:
Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering, Power Engineering or equivalent.
7+ years’ experience at a senior level with substation design and/or utility grid connections;
Turnkey project expertise in transmission and distribution substation design from concept to commissioning including knowledge of industry and different client standards;
Evidence of a high level of ability in the preparation and review of Engineering design;
ISO9000 / QA processes and procedures, and AS standards;
Proven experience in preparing tenders.
