Description

We are looking for a skilled Engineer responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive test frameworks across various testing types, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and load testing. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure thorough test coverage, integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, and continuously improving testing practices to enhance overall software quality and system performance. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing. Design and execute performance, load, and stress tests to validate system scalability and reliability. Collaborate with application owners and developers to ensure comprehensive test coverage across CRM onPrem & Cloud web applications Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support agile delivery cycles. Monitor and analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance. Continuously improve testing automation practices and advocate for quality across the development lifecycle. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A Bachelor’s Degree in Information System, Software Engineering, Computer Science or IT related fields Minimum 5 years of web application test automation setup & implementation Hands-on experience with UI test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, TestComplete) Hands-on experience with performance testing (e.g. JMeter, LoadRunner, Locust) Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured) Experience in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript or similar for test automation Experience in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps.
