Description

1. IT Process Automation Delivery Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex IT process automation solutions across infrastructure and operations. Drive innovation in automation strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and improve service reliability. Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams on automation best practices and frameworks. Analyze and resolve performance and integration challenges across IT systems. Influences large functional areas and leads cross-divisional teams or strategic projects. Provides highly innovative solutions to complex problems while operating within established organizational policies. Act as the chief architect for IT process automation, providing strategic direction and innovative solutions to support evolving business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable, resilient, and secure IT solutions. Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Typically 10+ years of relevant work experience in programming, IT automation, or infrastructure management. Proven expertise in IT process automation tools and frameworks (ServiceNow, Ansible, or similar). Extensive experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB design, deployment, and governance. Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure — servers, storage, and network devices. Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Certification in one or more programming languages (Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar). ITIL certification is a plus. Experience working with on-premises, cloud, and hybrid IT environments.
