We're Hiring: Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Houston, TX This role sits at the intersection of production execution, planning (MPS), and continuous improvement; ideal for an engineer with a strong shop floor mindset and a drive to deliver under strict QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily production support, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure alignment with MPS Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste, improve throughput, and stabilize quality Analyze processes, implement corrective actions, and manage improvement projects end-to-end Interface with engineering, supply chain, and QA/QC to ensure smooth product flow Champion safety, discipline, and performance on the shop floor Qualifications: BSc or MSc in Engineering Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing; Oil & Gas downhole equipment preferred Proficient in FMEA, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office tools Strong analytical, planning, and documentation skills Familiarity with production planning and execution in a high-mix, low-volume environment is a plus Join a performance-driven culture where engineering and manufacturing excellence are at the heart of our growth.
