Responsibilities & Key Deliverables As a Senior Engineer in NVH at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd your responsibilities include: Carry out frequency domain and time domain analysis in system level and vehicle level for evaluating the dynamic characteristics using CAE tools. Validate and correlate the simulation results with physical test data and setup process / standards for CAE methodologies. Involvement in the project from concept phase to start of production, handling the field and quality issues, contributing with analysis for improvement in BSR-NVH domain. Collaborate with design teams to integrate BSR-NVH solutions early in the development phase. Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation of the findings from benchmarks for projects to build top-notch quality products. Experience Your role as a Senior Engineer requires a solid foundation of experience, ranging from 3 to 5 years in the relevant field including: Strong fundamentals in Mechanical Vibrations & other Solid Mechanics subjects. Hands on experience in use of ANSA / Hyperworks or any other pre-processing tools for FE modelling & building connections. Proficiency in any of the following solvers: OPTISTRUCT / NASTRAN / ABAQUS with a logical understanding to evaluate the results. Skill set for developing quicker reports & presenting data / results using MS Office tools. Knowledge or experience in use of optimization, acoustics or multi body dynamics (MBD) tools is an added advantage.  Industry Preferred Candidates having backgrounds from leading automotive manufacturers are highly valued due to their familiarity with industry standards and practicesQualifications A Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering is required for this role. Holding additional certifications or courses related to NVH testing, automotive systems, or noise control engineering will be considered beneficial. Continuous improvement in knowledge through workshops or seminars relevant to automotive engineering trends is also encouraged.General Requirements Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical information to diverse audiences.
