The role involves working with clients on a broad range of pavement analysis and design projects, including roads, airports, ports, and industrial pavements. You will represent WSP on major maintenance and capital projects, identifying opportunities for ongoing involvement and providing strategic advice aligned with our strategy. The role also contributes to local client engagement, strengthens WSP’s market profile, and supports the growth of trusted client relationships. About you: * Preferably a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a pavement engineering profession. * Relevant tertiary qualification in an area relating to Civil Engineering. * Achieved or actively working toward Chartered Professional Engineering (CPEng) status or equivalent. * Relevant experience with executing pavement site investigations, analysis, pavement design and reporting. * Pavement and surfacing construction monitoring experience is desirable. * Good knowledge of relevant pavement engineering computer software is required (CIRCLY, AustPADS,etc). * The ability to collaborate with a wide team and communicate effectively with internal and external parties. * Demonstrate the ability to incorporate innovative approaches to design work and other aspects of the role * Current, clean driver license.   Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
