Job Title Senior Engineer - Projects Department / Division Projects External Interface (Enlist external agencies/authorities that you are required to deal with while discharging your duty) Contractors/ Vendors Minimum Qualification (i.e education, training etc.) DCE/B.E. / B. Tech. (Civil) Minimum Experience   * Engineer  : minimum 5 yrs * Candidate must have least 5 years of experience in leading the Project Execution of large scale commercial projects. * Also should have an experience in interior works ( experience in retro fitting will be an added advantage) Special Skills/Attributes (required for performing the job effectively) * Sound understanding of Real Estate/ Construction/ Development industry * Should possess strong project management skills * Good knowledge of contract documentation and management * MS office & Auto CAD. Overall Purpose/Objective Of the job Drive end-to-end project execution for a large scale project residential / hotel and ensure seamless and timely delivery within defined standards of cost and quality, by effective project management, budgeting & cost monitoring MIS Key Responsibilities (List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives) * Works closely with Manager-Projects, leadership team and other stakeholders to develop the project management framework and sign off on the Engineering brief * Drive continuous improvement, value engineering and innovation across all project works. * Assist in preparation of broad Project schedule based on the inputs provided and approvals from business leadership, and also provide inputs to the planning department in detailing the project plan in terms of activity level break down, timelines, project risks, etc * Assist in preparation of risk mitigation strategies/action plan for each identified risk including credible/ alternate backup options and implement and ensure adherence to the same * Monitoring the Procurement of Material/ Equipment by ensuring adherence to agreed delivery quality, quantity and schedule and take corrective measures * Ensure all construction activities adhere to the expected quality standards * Responsible for all statuary compliances related to HSE as defined by regulatory authorities under all applicable labor laws/ statutes, etc., and ensure safe and healthy environment for all project personnel * Ensure all Licenses/ No objection Certificates (NOCs) required as per the project life-cycle are obtained from various Government agencies before commencing construction activities
