Key Responsibilities: Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project. Prepare baseline schedules, manpower histograms, S-curves, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather progress data and update schedules. Monitor project performance against baseline schedule and highlight variances/delays. Provide monthly, weekly, and daily project progress reports for management and client review. Support project management in developing recovery plans, catch-up schedules, and extension-of-time claims. Conduct delay analysis, critical path reviews, and risk assessment studies. Participate in project review meetings with client/consultant/subcontractors. Ensure planning and scheduling deliverables comply with contract requirements. Interface with cost control, contracts, and procurement teams for integrated project controls. Train and guide junior planning engineers in schedule development and reporting.
