We are looking for senior talents who are experts in the field of Electronics Hardware Design. B-Tech/BE / ME/Mtech/ PhD 6 to 8 years Bachelors / Master's/ Doctoral degree in Electrical, Electronics with industry experience of over 8 years and proven track record in engineering research / analysis / product design in HV/LV DC-AC inverter, DC-DC Converter Power electronics. Required Experience in new product development projects and in the field of power electronics. Experience in hardware system design including end to end product development involving analog & digital circuit design with 16/32 /64 bit microcontroller based designs, development, verification & validation, qualification & certification testing, launch support. Exposure / Hands on experience on Digital Communication protocols like CAN, LIN, RS232, SPI, I2C etc. Experience in following tools - MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice/ LT Spice/ Simetrix, PSIM/SABER Preferred / Additional specialized knowledge Experience in pulsed power, capacitor chargers, electromagnetics, microelectronics, and thermal design. Experience in Analyzing and simulating power electronics systems including, analog, logical, and digital electronics. Leverages use of Hardware in the Loop simulation systems.. Experience in Validation, Verification and Certification of Auto / Electrical domain Knowledge of Reliability for Embedded system Design. Understanding of DFSS tools like FMEA, FMECA, Monte Carlo Analysis etc Excellent mastery of FMEA method for the design of new products Experience in hybrid / vehicle electrification Experience in ISO 26262 functional safety processes. Knowledge of quality standards and certifications (IATF 16949, ISO9001, ISO14001) Should have proficiency in advanced problem-solving techniques. Sound knowledge of electrical & electronic design especially in HV power electronics Drive for Results, Communication skills, Analysis-First Mindset, Passionate Build strong customer relationships and manage customer communication effectively by providing customer centric solutions. Provide visible technical leadership to guide, coach and develop high performing project team/members.
