Description

Key Roles & responsibilities: Operational Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards and status reports using advanced Excel and Power BI. Publish weekly portfolio reports, month-end actuals, and forecast updates for leadership. KPI Tracking: Track and report key performance indicators for ATA portfolios and projects. Data Insights: Analyze data to generate actionable insights for leadership and support ad-hoc requests. Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with ATA Portfolio Managers and Product Business Partners for roadmap alignment and governance decisions. Task Management: Take over existing tasks and support other PPMO responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities

The Senior Engineer will develop and maintain portfolio dashboards and status reports, publish reports for leadership, and track key performance indicators. They will also analyze data for insights and coordinate with stakeholders for governance decisions.
