OVERVIEW

We are seeking motivated engineers to join our team in the Enterprise Digital Services Programme Centre to implement and manage enterprise platforms that deliver IT Service Management (ITSM) and Compliance Management capabilities for MINDEF/SAF.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline, with at least 5 years of IT experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Self-driven, results-oriented, with strong writing skills
• Proven experience in implementing and operating compliance or ITSM platforms in an enterprise environment
• Candidates with the following will have an edge:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (any module)
• Certification in ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) or ITSM

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable products and services across system management platform instances
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, develop modules in line with enterprise architecture and platform standards
• Manage the platform lifecycle from project delivery to operations and support, including backlogs management, upgrades and ensuring interoperability
• Promote product and services adoption and usability across stakeholders
• Collaborate with operations managers and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions and provide engineering support for system maintenance
• Support audit readiness by preparing responses for platform-related audits
• Mentor junior engineers on platform best practices and solution design
