Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for production output, productivity, quality issue and expense control. Improvement of manufacturing operations in TEC assembly processes. Focus on department projects towards cost savings, quality improvement, and capacity/capability expansion. Provide technical assistance to companywide departments as well as to Front End, System projects. Provide technical expertise in the field of ceramic metallization and material depositions for technical problem solving, process troubleshooting and new part or vendor qualification for supplies and raw materials. Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electronic or Material Engineering or equivalent specialization. • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree. • Experience in Setting up of manufacturing facilities, including equipment design, procurement, facilities, and training. Skills • Knowledge of Technical research and report • Conducts activities with broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline and body of knowledge • Demonstrated ability to lead people and achieve results through others. • Ability to achieve goal results through day to day complete assignments. • Proven ability training of operators/technician/engineer. • Communication and presentation skills. • Develops working knowledge of other related fields.
