JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Senior Procurement and Contracts Engineer to manage the procurement lifecycle and contract administration for a large industrial project.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of procurement strategies and contract law.

EXPERIENCE:

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years in procurement/contracts roles in industrial projects.
• Experience in the Middle East is required.

• Manage pre-qualification, tendering, evaluation, and contract awards.
• Monitor contractor performance and enforce contract terms.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, and legal teams.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines.
