Roles & Responsibilities

• Minimum Experience: 8 -10 years of professional experience within Qatar
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for engineering projects, from demand planning and RFx to contract award and supplier performance monitoring.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent demonstrate a commitment to procurement excellence.
• Industry Background: Oil & Gas sector experience is mandatory.
• Client Exposure: Construction Industry experience preferred -Working for major clients like Qatar Energy, Kahramaa, QAFCO, Qatargas, MEEZA etc.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in engineering procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
• Proven track record of success in negotiating complex contracts and managing key supplier relationships within the engineering sector.
