Job Description Be responsible for NAND Flash product test solution design and development. Be responsible for Product/Package/Qualification/Reliability failure analysis and action plan. Deliver a world class lead time on test development to reach the most effective way of sample delivery in NPI (New Product Introduction) phase. Develop correct test condition for memory product and define test flow for mass production testing needs. Design and drive evaluation experiments for product quality and test yield improvement. Drive test cost reduction by running test time analysis, optimizing test method while retaining good test coverage. Work with multinational team to complete projects in PDT (product development team) required time.
