Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: Drive yield, cost and quality for responsible product, as well as collaboration with FE, assembly, clusters and business divisions Ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon’s quality and reliability standard thru robust test firewall (SBA, test workflow, test program), lot on hold assessment and disposition to ensure quality compliance Support new product release and stable ramp-up, FE qualification and technology transfer, BE productivity/ratio projects such as test time reduction, test insertion removal, test package optimization, burn-in hour reduction and NLoZD projects Conduct risk assessment in deviation management (DDM, ALF, MRB), PCRB and any platforms to ensure safe release Support FAR in electrical test yield analysis, fault analysis and simulation, 8D including root cause finding, containment, permanent actions and test escapee root cause To lead cross functional project and improvement team to achieve project target and goal. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/Chemistry or any other relevant engineering discipline. Fresh or few years of experience in product, yield and test engineering. Broad knowledge in wafer fab process, assembly and quality system 3 years of working experience in Semiconductor or manufacturing Industry Good interpersonal communication skills Good analytical thought and problem-solving knowledge Multitasking person Willing to take responsibility #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
