* Expertise in Allen Bradley compact Logix and control logic PLC by studio 5000 * Expertise in HMI Screen development by factory talk studio * Expertise in power flex VFD and Drive executive software * Experienced in Apicom make Engine testbench handling equipment’s – Dyno, Ascon Temperature controllers, Motorized actuators ,Pressure transducer ,PID Controls ,MP2030 Controllers and Fluid measurement systems * Experienced in Gantner PLC modules, Beckhoff PLC controls ,Apicom Horus PC applications * Experienced in Blum novo test Transmission test bench handling equipment’s – Torque & speed control parameters , reilhofer NVH measurements , Unipass programs and pressure transducers . * Hands on experienced in Dial gauge and Groove gauge measurement system and wireless data transfer system * Experienced in higher capacity VFD – Power flex 700 Drives – 1160 amps rating and Experienced in Kinetic servo drive 6500 * Knowledge in Marposs probes, LVDT and Digi force units * Experienced barcode printers and scanners configuration * Troubleshooting knowledge in Demag cranes and Stall cranes * Hand on experience in Ethernet, RS232 and Profibus communication * Experience in telesis number marking machines, Sick light curtains and Pilz relay * Experienced in 2 axis sealant dispensing CNC unit – Rexroth and Fanuc * Having sound knowledge in Electrical switch gears and hard ware wiring * Expertise in Data transfer system between PLC to PLC and PLC to PC
