Job Title: Senior QA Engineer

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Purpose

The Senior QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of mobile applications and backend APIs. The role will lead testing strategies, drive automation initiatives, and ensure end-to-end quality across complex systems, including systems handling financial transactions, data integrity, security, and high-availability services.

Key Requirements

• 5 7 years of relevant experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing.
• Strong experience in mobile application testing across supported platforms and devices.
• Strong knowledge of API testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience in manual, functional, regression, exploratory, usability, and compatibility testing.
• Hands-on experience with test automation using Appium and PyTest.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD test integration.
• Experience in performance, scalability, stress, and load testing.
• Strong defect identification, tracking, prioritization, and resolution skills.
• Ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and defect trend analysis.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with development, product, and business teams.
• Experience ensuring quality gates and QA sign-off before production releases.
• Ability to prepare test plans, test cases, test reports, and release readiness documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in software engineering.
