a) Support the client in production / industrial engineering activities throughout the product realization activity.
b) Study the Project requirements.
c) Understand the Feasibility evaluation and testing of the tooling equipment.
d) Prepare PLC ladder logics & IO assignments.
e) Analyze the electrical / sub systems issues & trouble shoot the filed issues.
f) Coordination of ECO (Engineering Change Orders) activity as per manufacturing customer’s standards and procedures through the use of SAP tools.
g) understanding and familiarization of the customer’s product and process requirements and training the delivery support team accordingly.
h) Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards - SEMI S22, S2 & NFPA standards.
i) Communicate & Coordinate with Assembly, operations & Supply chain on Parts qualifications/BOM changes.
j) Coordinate with suppliers and clarification / issue solving while manufacturing the parts.

k) 3 years+ experience in semiconductor equipment industry or high precision automation equipment industry is preferred.
l) Design electrical system/subsystem according to the system specification and develop electrical schematics and layouts.
m) Design electrical interlock and safety protection systems for semiconductor machinery.
n) Create and review technical drawings, specifications, and standards.
o) Hands on experience with lab equipment like logic analyzer, oscilloscope, soldering etc.
