Job Description Job Summary: The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all project activities, materials, and workmanship comply with applicable quality standards, specifications, and client requirements. The role involves monitoring, inspecting, and reporting on quality-related aspects throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP). Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and contractual requirements. Conduct inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and construction/installation activities. Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality procedures. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors on all quality-related matters. Monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure proper corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and records. Perform internal audits and participate in external audits as required. Ensure proper calibration and control of measuring and testing equipment. Need experience in Marine Projects Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality performance. Qualifications Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in QA/QC within similar projects. Proven experience in quality control and assurance practices in construction/engineering projects. Familiarity with international standards such as ISO 9001. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards, and documentation. Experience with inspection, testing, and auditing processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities.
