Minimum 5-8 years of experience in an EHS Role and experience in focused on lifting and hoisting equipment, with a strong background in environmental regulations, safety compliance and risk management. Conduct regular risk assessments and job hazard analyses (JHAs) for lifting operations and other activities to identify potential hazards and recommend control measures. Ability to prepare site EHS Plan, SWMS, Lifting plan and all other EHS related documents as per the customer requirements. Strong knowledge in Crane & Lifting safety and ability to prepare & deliver the Lifting plan individually to customer. Ensure that lifting operations are planned, executed, and monitored to minimize risks such as overloading, improper rigging, and unsafe working conditions Lead the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and recommending corrective and preventive actions. Prepare detailed incident reports and provide recommendations for improving safety practices to prevent future incidents Promote safety awareness and ensure that employees adhere to all safety protocols, policies, and procedures. Ability to travel regional project sites as required, including site visits and inspections. Ability to handle the client and demonstrate the safety standards implemented at project sites.
