Job Description In your new role you will: Primary responsibilities involves in PPAP activities to ensure timely submission and compliance with automove customers' requirements. Key roles include serving as the Notification QM and PPAP Requestor. Responsible to generate QPAC/ CDCQ based on Division strategy to support customer's request. Quality Questionnaire - To support the completion of customer survey, questionnaires. FIT report - Coordinate with subject matter experts to provide the FIT report or retrieve from the web. ESD report - Coordinate with subject matter experts to provide the ESD report or retrieve from internal database. Qualification report - Coordinate with subject matter experts to provide the qualification report or retrieve from the web. Support on Others Request - such as information Marking format, manufacturing location, product and manufacturing information, electrical distribution. Certificate of Compliance - To support the customer request through standard response. QSC reporting - Maintain and regularly update process KPI related to QSC processes for management review. Standardization and Digitalization - Improve standardization of IFX response toward customer for different inquiry types. Drive digitalization within area of responsibility to improve efficiency and effectiveness Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering Preferably 4-6 years experience in Semiconductor manufacturing or in similar role of customer service Knowledge or experience in common Quality concept such as control plan, FMEA, MSA and statistics Knowledge or experience in semiconductor qualification requirement and guidance standards (eg, AEC Q100 , AEC Q101 or JEDEC) Knowledge or experience in semiconductor change management process Experience in dealing with China region customer will be an added advantage #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
