Job Description Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge on EE components Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience in automotive development projects, specifically in roles focused on product reliability engineering. Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles for automotive products, aligned with application-specific requirements Solid foundation in mechanics fundamentals (vibration, thermal, thermo-mechanical, etc.) with hands-on experience in related testing; familiarity with field load analysis, failure analysis, and risk assessment Good knowledge of product validation methodologies, particularly those related to lifetime and durability requirements. Experience in designing validation plans based on anticipated failure modes using FMEA and Impact analysis Proven experience in conducting failure analysis and identifying root causes using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, CAR, and FTA. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, coordinate testing activities, and engage effectively with customers.
