Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Develop test programs on RF tester platforms. Develop / Modify / Optimize / Buy-off automatic test equipment, test head, handlers and temperature conditioning system and resolve issues. Develop new methods & processes to optimize quality, efficiency and effectiveness of RF electrical test and process change. Implement equipment and process adaptation according to new requirement derived out of the roadmaps. Work package member for project team. Deliver the knowhow to Engineering sustaining team. 5. Plan and manage technical feasibility check on new reliability projects and provide feedback to clients / lab logistic planner. Liaise internally with Operation / Engineering sustaining team and prioritize towards achieving agreed timeline, including milestone and deadline reliability. Plan / carry out / liaise internally with Operation / Engineering sustaining team in Test Package Release & assignment activities and resolve test related issues. Establish documentation for new equipment / processes (workinstruction, machine operating instruction (MOI), specification,OJTI..). Participate in Continuous Improvement Project, productivity, problem solving using 8D methodology, workshops, paper presentation and departmental events. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics or equivalent). Min. 3 years related experience in semiconductor electrical testing is preferred (experience in electrical testing, working principle of electrical test equipment or stress equipment will be an added Advantage). Fresh graduates with good academic results are encouraged to apply. Knowledge on electrical tester or handler for RF products. Knowledge on automatic data transfer from tester to database, tester data file format and drift analysis. Knowledge on the working principle, troubleshooting & diagnostic/ test program debugging, interpretation of schematic/electronic circuitry and basic repair of automatic test equipment. Programming skills: C++, Visual Studio, Arduino and embedded system programming. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
