This role is crucial as a liaison between our partner and Salesforce, focusing on partnerships, sales strategies, and business development. By collaborating with Salesforce teams, you will identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives that enhance our combined offerings. Your expertise will support joint planning and enhance the relationship with Salesforce, ensuring success across various geographies and industries. This dynamic work environment values insight and innovation, allowing you to make a significant impact on strategic goals. \n Accountabilities Act as the primary liaison between the company and Salesforce Partner Account Managers (PAMs). Maintain regular cadence with Salesforce teams to ensure alignment and trust. Participate in joint business planning with Salesforce PAMs and RVPs. Generate and manage a co-sell pipeline in collaboration with Salesforce AEs. Coordinate joint pursuit efforts and opportunity planning. Track sourced and influenced revenue to accelerate deal cycles. Develop and execute quarterly and annual joint GTM plans with Salesforce. Enable internal teams on Salesforce programs and products. Ensure certifications and partner program compliance. Collaborate to create partner-facing content and success stories. Support participation in Salesforce events and summits. Drive industry-specific GTM motions. Track KPIs related to pipeline generation and partnership success. Own partner program reporting and score improvements. Requirements 7 to 10 years of experience in partnerships or business development in the Salesforce ecosystem. Strong understanding of Salesforce products and the partner ecosystem. Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce CRM and PRM platforms. Preferred: Experience working for Salesforce or a Salesforce Consulting Partner.
