Manufacturing Plant: The plant is producing two major product categories: connectors and fuel injection units. Connectors are a booming segment with growth potential in the ICE- and EV-market. The factory is also the first plant for the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of producing millions of fuel injector units every year and can meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region. R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers. Job Description Evaluate and assess all product components according to requirement for tool release activities. Leading possible technical RPP related to product with conjunction of problem solving of product design. Leading all activities of assigned product after SOP for HmjP and coordinate with WW team. Leading on possible standardization of process or testing method related to assigned product. Leading technical project for relocation work package according to customer specification. Ensure and maintain assigned project health status (Q,C,T) until completion. Qualifications Master degree or Bachelor’s degree in Material Engineering (polymer/rubber), Mechanical, Industrial Eng. or similar. Very good command in English (B2 level or above is prefer) Mold flow simulation, experience of improvement in injection molding is beneficial. Component development knowledge in automotive. Injection molding product design, injection molding tool and process. Mechanical design, CAD, NX or similar program.
