OR PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 🌟 Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned senior/lead software QA engineer with 3-7 years experience in integrating testing, quality assurance of ML software platforms in the realm of Electronic Design Automation (EDA). You will work in cutting-edge initiatives that fuse Machine Learning with semiconductor design, driving robust systems that transform chip development workflows. 🏗️ Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for ML-based software algorithms. Validate the accuracy, reliability, and performance of ML models integrated into software products. Collaborate with software developers and data scientists to understand algorithm requirements and expected behaviors. Develop automated testing frameworks for regression, functional, and performance testing of ML components. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues. Ensure proper data handling, preprocessing, and validation for ML model inputs and outputs. Test software across multiple coding languages and platforms as required. Document test procedures, results, and best practices for ML algorithm validation. Monitor and report on model drift, accuracy degradation, and edge cases in production environments. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, quality assurance standards, and system scalability from prototype to production. Help in automation and optimization in EDA flows. Establish and maintain comprehensive ML Ops infrastructure, supporting continuous training, deployment, and monitoring. 💡 Required Skills & Experience Strong experience in software testing and QA processes for at least 3 years in ML domain. Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python/Java) and Linux systems. Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, unittest, Selenium). Good knowledge with ML concepts, algorithms, and model evaluation metrics. Knowledge of full-stack containerized deployment strategies, enabling ML applications to function across diverse environments. Solid grasp of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins) and working knowledge on MLOps platforms and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow). Skilled in data engineering and cloud/on-prem infrastructures (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes). Sharp communication skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration. 🏆 Preferred Qualifications MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Consistently takes responsibility for tasks and outcomes, proactively drives projects to completion, and demonstrates accountability in delivering high-quality results.
