Bridgewater Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Telecom Engineer, Technical Advisor to lead our managed service team in delivering mission-critical telecommunications solutions for clients in the utilities and telecom sectors. This strategic leadership role focuses on overseeing end-to-end service delivery, fostering client relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and driving revenue growth through high-quality managed services. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in telecom infrastructure, proven program management skills, and a client-centric approach to lead a high-performing team, align with business objectives, and deliver transformative outcomes.
The Senior Telecom Engineer, Technical Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, managing complex engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., NERC CIP), and driving innovation in telecom network initiatives. This role requires hands-on leadership, deep technical knowledge in telecom systems, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
